We collect only the information necessary to provide the Platform and maintain a safe environment:

How we use information

All Processing of Personal Data is undertaken in accordance with applicable law. We retain the right to Process Personal Data as necessary to provide, maintain, and secure the Platform and to comply with legal obligations.

Data retention

We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide the service. When you delete content or your account, data will be removed from live systems and from backups within a maximum of one week. We aim to perform deletions as soon as technically possible.

Data Subject Rights (EU/UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of, restriction of Processing concerning, or portability of your Personal Data, and to object to Processing. Liability and Disclaimers

Subject to applicable law, NoLife's liability for direct losses arising from a breach of this Privacy Policy shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in this Policy shall limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Data Processors and Third Parties

We may engage third-party processors to perform services on our behalf (for example, hosting providers, backup services, security monitoring, and email delivery). These processors are contractually bound to process Personal Data only on our instructions and to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Data.
